Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods
We ship orders using India Post, Blue Dart, and other applicable courier services depending on your location and order requirements.

2. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping rate of ₹150 for most products, regardless of weight or size. Additional charges may apply for oversized items, remote locations, or special delivery requirements.

3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timeframes are 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times may vary due to location, courier service delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.


 

Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition

  • The product is returned in all its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, freebies, and other items received with it

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is provided

2. Return Process

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent

  • Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria

3. Refund Approval

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Post approval the refund will be credited within 2-3 days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

The replacement will be delivered once approved, within 4-6 days.
